Assessors and Registered Valuers Foundation (AARVF) recognizes the importance to provide privacy policy for protecting with respect to personal details and information which may collect from the members on our website or applications or through any other medium. This Privacy Policy will help you understand our policies and procedures regarding the collection, handling and use of your information.

AARVF considers that the protection of personal information of its members is utmost important to our organization and also strives to maintain a high standard to safeguard your privacy.

A stringent Policy related to Information Collection, Use and Disclosure, if any, of personal information is made to protect the privacy of our members and we strive to adhere to follow the best practices to guard your personal information with care.

Information Collection

When you access the services of our organization, we may ask you to voluntarily provide us with certain information that personally identifies you or could be used to personally identify you. Without prejudice to the generality of the above, information collected by us from you may include (but is not limited to) the following:

Name, Address, Email Address, Contact number, Date of birth and other personal information which requires for the registration of the user and also user’s Credit or Debit Card Details and other details as per several payment options. (We collect the Debit/Credit Card details and other payment details, as per the rules and regulation law, established by the Reserve Bank of India and Card Companies) for the online payment of the fees. In some cases, we may also ask you to send us additional information or to answer additional questions to help verify your information.

AARVF also notify that we require the user to pay with a credit card, debit card, net banking or other online payment mechanisms for the payment. AARVF will collect such User’s credit card number and/or other financial institution information such as bank account numbers and will use that information for the payment processes, including but not limited to the use and disclosure of such credit card number and information to third parties as necessary to complete the payment transaction.Verification of credit information, however, is accomplished solely by the User through the authentication process offered by a third party payment gateway. User’s credit card/debit card details are transacted upon secure sites of approved payment gateways which are digitally under encryption, thereby providing the highest possible degree of care as per current technology. User is advised, however, that internet technology is not full proof safe and User should exercise discretion on using the same. This is to inform that AARVF may not store credit card / debit card/ bank account numbers at its portals; however such information is required by third party payment gateway service provider. In case of any issue of usage of such information, technical issue or issue any other form at third party payment gateway, AARVF shall NOT be responsible for any claim or consequences.

Terms and Conditions for Online Fee Submission:-

• 1. Online transaction charges are part of the Fee. You don’t have to pay extra.
• 2. The Fee deposited through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking will normally transfer to our account after 1-2 days. It is the sole responsibility of the member to ensure that fee is deposited well in time. AARVF shall not be responsible for any Non- settlement of payment due to the payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier or any other reason.
• 3. Assessors and Registered Valuers Foundation , having registered office at DSS NO 28 P, Sector 12 , Panchkula, HR-134112 does not warranty the availability of online Fee Payment System every time.
• 4. Assessors and Registered Valuers Foundation , having registered office at DSS NO 28 P, Sector 12 , Panchkula, HR-134112 will not be responsible for fine exemption if the last day fee transition fails. We strongly advice that you should submit the fee through Offline or Online Payment System well before stipulated time period to avoid the any fine exemption.

Refund / Cancellation Policy :-

• 1. Technical issue
  In case of any technical issue due to which the payment gets deducted from the payer’s account and does not show in our official accounts statement but the payment gateway service clearly mentions the confirmed settlement in such cases, it will take 7-10 working days for the payment to be credited in AaRVF account.
• 2. Multiple Payments Case
  In case of double payment has been made and the payment gateway service also confirms it then, AaRVF will refund the payment after receiving the payment in AaRVF account as soon as possible.
• 3. Other Payments Case:
  In all other cases where there is a discrepancy in the fee paid, the member has to directly contact AaRVF and AaRVF decision would be final

AARVF collect the personal information to render our services efficiently. The Information collected will be used mainly for the following purposes:

• • To Contact you for the necessary update
• • For security and fraud prevention purpose
• • To help improveour Services
• • Quicker Payment transactions
• • The use of this information is necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests

We ensure that collected Information will not use for marketing or selling purposes.

Disclosure

AARVF works to protect the security of your information during registration and other purpose and store the information gathered on secure computersandalso use advanced security technology to prevent our computers from being accessed by unauthorized persons.

We use reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us secure and do not disclose this information to other individuals or organizations without your approvaland may disclose your Information pursuant to applicable laws, a directive or order of a government entity or statutory authority or any judicial or regulatory authority or to law enforcement agencies in any official investigation including but not limited to cyber incidents, prosecution and punishment of offences.

AARVF will only disclose your Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If we want to use it for any other purpose, we will obtain your consent.

AARVF secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. AARVF secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other Web sites, it is protected through the use of encryption.

AARVF may update this Privacy Policy time to time, with or without advance notice. In the event there are significant changes in the Privacy Policy itself, AARVF shall update privacy policy at its website.
